Service:

DACTEC Ltd handles sales and invoicing of spare parts, consumables, contracts, validation and call-outs.  We have four types of service agreements; Pay Per Visit, Breakdown Cover, Partial Cover and Full Cover.

DACTEC Ltd offers full IQOQs, IPVs, calibrations and validation, documented and performed with calibrated standards traceable to a national standard, normally UKAS. 

We aim for the fastest response times possible and do not discourage out of office hours phone assistance and, if necessary, service visits. We have been trained by Vötsch and also have qualifications in electronics, refrigeration and calibration.

We have worked on Votsch equipment for more than 20 years and have being performing refrigeration repairs for more than 10 years.We carry all the equipment necessary to carry out any refrigeration repair job and we are certified for refrigeration leak testing and repair. All refrigeration gases are recovered and reused if possible. Waste refrigeration gases are disposed of in compliance with EU regulations.

As sole agents we have the resources of the Vötsch Service Department at our disposal.

We carry a large stock of parts and can ship parts from Germany in 24 hours.
